I have been part of selling a family-owned business to one of the largest real estate companies in North America, and all that comes with a substantial sale and acquisition.
Then, as part of this large corporation, I was challenged to lead the charge in creating a culture focused on serving customers and driving change throughout North America, resulting in industry-leading customer experience across all regions.
I have a thirst for continuous learning, which led me to Harvard Business School at 50 to participate in a 3-year Executive Program, arming me with continued education on finance, culture-building value propositions, strategic execution, and much more. I am a certified Customer Experience Professional {CXPA}, providing me with the knowledge and toolset that drives not only great customer and employee experiences that connect to improving key business results, including bottom line growth. I am a certified Gravitas Impact Premium Coach, providing me with a proven methodology and tools to accelerate your development.
